Communiqué No1 COVID-19 – Lemuel Business Continuity Plan following the COVID-19 Outbreak
Dear Valued Clients and Business Partners
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lemuel Corporate & Trust Management Ltd (“Lemuel”) is taking all necessary precautionary measures to provide the highest quality service to our clients whilst protecting the health and safety of our employees, clients and business partners.
As such Lemuel has decided to address a Level-1-Alert of the Pandemic:
Meetings: As from the 19th March 2020, Lemuel shall not conduct any face-to-face meetings at Lemuel offices or elsewhere.
For any urgent matters we will organise a conference call by WhatsAPP.
Working from Home: The vast majority of the Lemuel Team shall operate from home, effective as from Friday 20th March 2020.
Lemuel staff shall physically demobilize from our physical offices in Phoenix- and operate remotely from home.
All our portfolio managers and administrative staff shall be fully cognizant, briefed and technologically available through, email, cellphones or WhatsApp’s.
This obviously requires for some amendments in the traditional processes and procedures to complete our tasks.
Whilst we endeavor to maintain our highest level of service to you, we would like to inform you that there might be slight delays in attending to your requests.

Reduced Staff at the Office: We shall have a small team that shall be operational from our physical office in Phoenix until further directive from the Government.
This core team shall operate strictly in accordance with the WHO recommendation and good practice in the workplace.
Our offices are being sanitized numerous time a day. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers have also been placed throughout the office and all staff and visitors are continuously reminded to sanitize their hands at regular intervals.
We are committed to safeguard the health and safety of our staff, clients and community and maintain to the best of our abilities our level of service to our valued clients.
