A British Virgin Islands (BVI) Company is a very popular corporation incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The fact that the BVI has a good political stability and low international profile, makes them an ideal jurisdiction for offshore business. 40% of the world’s offshore companies are BVI Companies and this is mainly due to the wide flexibility and benefit that they offer.
